The Isle of Wight's renewables installer Wight Energy is welcoming a decision by the Court Of Appeal to uphold a ruling that blocks a government move to halve payments made to households with solar panels.

Returns of up to 9% on NEW FiT Rate but hurry -
- From 1st April 2012 your house will need an EPC rating of C or above to qualify for the full Feed-in Tariff.
- Only 14% of houses are rated at C or above.
- It's much easier and cheaper to install before 31st March 2012.
